Klimt Cairnhill Condo Developer –  Low Keng Huat (Singapore) Limited (“LKHS”) began building in Singapore in 1969 with an initial capital outlay of $150,000. A few years later LKHS would complete the tallest building in South East Asia at the time, the 52-storey OCBC Centre that still stands today.

LKHS has since expanded, now reigning over 33 subsidiaries and 12 associated companies involved in construction and civil engineering, property development, and property investment.

Glopeak Development, one of the many subsidiaries of LKHS, is responsible for the development of the luxury apartments of Klimt Cairnhill Singapore.
